• Vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid) is involved in the oxidation of glucose, synthesizes and oxidizes fatty acids, promotes the synthesis of glycerin;

• Vitamin B4 (choline chloride) is involved in fat transport and in the construction of new cells;

• Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) is necessary for healthy fat metabolism;
